When I use the word ‘where’, it represents various meanings such as (1) career development; (2) academic qualification; (3) social status; (4) financial status; (4) current wealth; (5) physical appearance; (6) other factors.

I tend not to focus too much about the ‘financial’ part of my life but I cannot help myself. Why? Because, at least, to me, nothing is more important than creating a solid (financial) foundation at this very moment as my future depends on my present status.

While I understand ‘present performance does not guarantee a future performance’ (a typical liability exclusion clause / disclaimer from a PDS (product disclosure statement)), I have no choice but fully prepare myself for the future. Why? The reason is very simple – if I am too scared about the variability and uncertainly of my future so I take a risk averse stance, then I might not optimize my full potential gains. 

Therefore by 30th of June 2009, I will finish of my personal balance sheet that disclose my wealth status and based on that, I will construct a plan for my (financial) future which covers to year 2017.
