Generation Y….. a bunch of ungrateful bastards….

When someone (gen-y of course) says “It is not fair”, it means simply “I want to get what everyone else gets equally, irrespective of its future value (i.e. you may get a little this month but will get more next month)”.

I do not comprehend. It is all about me. I see people who count to the very last cent to maximize your benefit without realizing how you would be recognized by a group of stakeholders. You may be able to get a short term gain (i.e. a trivial amount of cash) but your reputation will be tarnished and recognized as a self-centered tight-ass for a long time. In other words, you will be remembered as a ‘ungrateful’ bastard.

You always start with “I thought that…….”. It means you always make a subjective interpretation for your benefit and your convenience without any scientific proof or justification. It is all about you. It is all about how you feel. If it does not make you feel good, then you do not chew but bluntly spit and say “It is not fair”. Well, let me explain what it is considered as “not fair” under this gloomy economic climate.

I will start with this – you should feel grateful for having a job that pays you well. If you do not like when your remuneration increase becomes effective while you get a substantial increase than others, then I will say “What is your f***ing problem here?” Well, I must say this – under this dark and gloomy economic climate, you would be grateful to keep your job. On top of that you just got a pay rise hence you should be grateful x 2. There is no such provision that you will receive a pay rise of X amount over Y period. Because everyone else has received it, it does not necessarily mean that the same condition will apply to you. Under the unstable and diabolic economy, there is no such thing as ‘absolute’. If you make a certain assumption under this condition, you are responsible for your own assumption that has been established only for your benefit and convenience.

I think I have babbled long enough here. You do not demand anything. You do not ask to give you something, either. You simply sit tight with your mouth shut and patiently wait until you get something to be naturally given by the stakeholders.

Perhaps you may argue with your gen-y type of rubbish here – “I do not get what I want unless I ask for it first with a reason”. If you believe in this, perhaps you claim yourself as a smart person but to me, personally, at least you are a complete moron. Can’t you see something outside of your own rotten square for a moment at least? Can’t you make people to recognize what you need and convince them to give you without even you speaking first? Do you believe that this is not possible? This is an art and unfortunately, you will never learn because you may claim that you understand a human psychology but you don’t understand a human nature. That’s why you are a moron.

Perhaps I should end here. You are known to me (from day one) as a ungrateful bastard who is only interested in exploiting whatever you can for your own interest/benefit while others are offended, suffered and irritated by your intolerable and insufferable arrogance / irrational behaviour.
